    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have had the exact same problem, for some 4-5 weeks now. I've emailed them and they just send you links but it's the app itself which is the problem. Before this I had no problems accessing the app and rewards (tho the coupons don't work in supermarkets and it's always difficult). I encountered the problem as I had to uninstall and reinstall. They've now raised a complaint on my behalf as I've tried everything they've said to no avail. It's nothing to do with storage or cookies. It doesn't even offer me a sign in box. Did you get anywhere? Their e-mail address is&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:apps@sky.uk" target="_blank"&gt;apps@sky.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;I will update when I hear back. As a Sky VIP I'd expect better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi looking for some help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have called Sky and got nowhere they don't seem to understand the problem...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sky mobile app won't work. Got a new iPhone 17 downloaded the app from the store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to log into the app for the first time set up, either while on home wifi with mobile, or with wifi switched off and only on 4g/5g mobile signal&amp;nbsp; the following happens...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On wifi, when I open the app, all I get is a blank white page apart from at the top of the app it says, Let's get you set up',&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and at the bottom it says, 'Continue', within a blue band... When I press continue, the app loads a blank white page with,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;id.sky.com, at the top and that's all nothing else there, just a blank white page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On mobile only, having turned off the wifi, I open the app and get a warning that says, 'This Connection Is Not Secure', this websit does not support connecting securely over HTTPS...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have uninstalled and re-downloaded the app multiple times, switched the phone off and on again mutilpe times, checked the app settings checked the phone settings...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does'nt work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a problem with the app development at sky or something ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iain&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Would suggest doing a browser cache refresh on your phone for your default set browser and phone reboot &amp;nbsp;as the MySky app can use your default browser defaults in the background.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello and thank you for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes I can sign ok on any browser and I have cleared all the caches.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also updated the iOS, forced a refresh installed and un-installed... tried everything!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gave up now I will wait and see if the app developers are needing to catch up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although, this would be very suprising considering sky is a mobile operator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who knows?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iain&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just rang up to complain (0330 041 3000) and eventually they admitted it is a known issue - and credited my account with £20.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They said it will be fixed by the end of October but admitted that the case was raised on their system on the 15th October - plenty of time to have fixed it already.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
