my sky app has decided my account is not authorised to access it after about 4 years of use- with no missed or late payments and currently 5 devices and 2 accessories on my account. im getting very frustrated with the robots giving me links to pages that have no information about what i need. im so close to cancelling my account this is not first issue with sky and its always been next to impossible to speak to a HUMAN BEING. why is my app doing this all if a sudden?

What device is the app installed on ?

Are you using a VPN or if on an iphone the private relay function ?
