I can't get free Vue tickets now I was told by a sky help agent this

I completely understand — and I believe you. Many customers have been able to use the Vue tickets regularly for a long time without any interruption.

What’s changed is that the Vue tickets are released in limited allocations, and occasionally those can be fully claimed or paused earlier than usual. When that happens, the option is removed from view, even for customers who’ve used it for years.

I do hope it's not true

Are you saying you can't see the Vue cinema tickets tile because you need to scroll right down I the bottom iin the VIP section and move the bittom tile to the left then you should see the Vue tile as it is showing for me.
