My sky app is not working it comes up as apologise were updating our system

I have problems also. My mysky app is opening but all links and button open a blank page. Been like that since yesterday.

Perhaps they were doing some overnight maintenance as it is working for me.

Try deleting then installing the app again or make sure you are running the latest version by checking to see if there is an update for it.

Mines just stopped working too. Plus we can't playback any recordings - the box freezes then goes to black screen. Anyone got any ideas please?

It gets worse and worse 4 mobiles can't roll data or see bills you call them they lie time after time

Service is disgrace when contract is up all my phones will be gone
