Sky VIP account not authorised

Last summer (July 2024) I changed phones, and since that time I have been unable to access the Sky VIP app. Everytime I try and log in it says 'account not authorised' - image attached.

I have asked for help through the Sky website and via email and they have so far been unable to help, or have asked me to log in to the app and call the support team through there, even though I can't access the app??!

So far I have:

1. changed my Sky password - it didn't help.

2. Logged in on different devices- I still got the error message.

3. Deleted and re downloaded the app- it didn't work.

4. Asked my phone to forget the app and re downloaded it- it didn't work.

I am not connected to a VPN on my phone and have accessed it with and without WiFi. I have no trouble accessing the Sky website.

Please can anyone advise as I really want access to my rewards etc.

Are you using a VPN because of so it will need disabling before using the app.

Hi, no as I put in my initial question- I'm not using a VPN.

Sorry missed that @Brittanyb , so all you can do is to get in touch with Sky about this by using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page or by calling them.
