Won Disney on Ice tickets but none available

Ive checked my sky vip app tonight and noticed ive won 4 disney on ice tickets for 26th December however when I click through it says there are currently no tickets available.

I dont know when this reward came through, I didn't get an email and I dont check the app daily.

Does this mean ive missed this opportunity, it says in the reward to book 3 days before the event, we are a couple weeks away so how have I missed this and there are no tickets left.

Will I get another opportunity to claim these tickets? Seems unfair as I didn't get any other notification of this win

And this does not appear in your "my bookings"?

You could send an email to Sky's ticleting team about this if you can't find them in the app - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)
