IP Geolocation issues, Sky Sports videos not playing

I'm having the following issue when trying to watch any video on Sky Sports (I'm a Virgin Media customer with Sky packages):

"Unsupported location

The video you are trying to watch cannot be viewed from your current country or location"

What do I need to do to get this fixed?

Are you connected to a Wifi network then try a reboot of your broadband router, also make sure that if you are using a VPN that it is off and if you are using an iPhone or iPad then make sure you are not using private relay.

No VPN.

Rebooted router, didn't fix it.

Called Virgin Media to report the issue, didn't fix it.

ive been having the same issue, i thought it was as i went on holiday recently, can watch the live channels but any on demand videos will

not play saying im in an unsupported location, this is on iphone and ipad when on virgin wifi, if i go to my mobile network for data they play fine.
