MySky sharing invite not working

I am trying to set up my daughter on sky go. I'm in the people and sharing part of the MYSky app, it gives me an option to share with up to 5 family members or friends, I just need to decide if they're a member or manager then put in their email address. I send the invite but it's never received. Ive tried several addresses. No e mails received. No mail in junk or spam folders. Any idea how I can get this to work?

Did you ever get this sorted? I have just signed up to Sky and trying to invite my husband as a manager and he is not receiving the invite either.

No sadly not. I keep meaning to phone sky up, but it can be a painful experience so not got around to it yet

I did get my wife as a manager, but it was on the phone to sky a year or so back when they were resolving other issues with my account. I dont think the function works you likely have to call them
