Football ticket ballot

I just tried to apply to join the ballot for a Premier League match ticket. When I completed the form an error message was displayed to say that my email address is already registered. It didn't offer any explanation or direction on what I need to do next. Can anyone suggest how to proceed and what might be the problem?

Try using any other email address so you can get to the next page then change it back to your usual email before submitting.

Thanks. I'll try that this evening soon as I get chance. I think very likely to work as I suspect the Sky VIP system might still have my details including email from previous membership couple of years ago and doesn't like a new membership trying to use same email - even though I am the same person.

Thanks again. I have put my attempts aside for now as I can no longer make the date of the match I wanted to apply for. I do feel confident now though that one of those methods will work when I do try again so much appreciate your advice.
