      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have multi screen and trying to watch multiple streams on my iPads through the sky sports app but I'm getting a message stating 'you're watching on the maximum number of devices'. I've never encountered this issue previously and have always been able to stream on as many devices as I can through the sky sports app. Also I watch a lot of tennis but until Friday the live streams were always available on the tennis home page but now I have to go to the watch option to access those streams. This may be a sky issue along with them limiting the amount of devices I'm able to watch streams on. Anyone having the same issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi the agent on live chat asked me the same question so i checked and im able to stream concurrently on the 3 devices on sky go app.&lt;BR /&gt;I've signed out of all 3 devices in the sky sports mobile app, tried different WiFi and nothing changes, it definitely seems to me to be a sky sports mobile app issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;i renewed my current subscription in February but it's only since Friday that this has happened plus there's no live tennis streams on the actual tennis section and I can only,y access them through the watch section&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I’ve been told that the change limiting the Sky Sports app to one stream came into effect in September, but I’ve asked for this to be escalated to the Executive Complaints Team as it conflicts with Multiscreen’s advertised benefits.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I’ve been a Sky customer for over 25 years and find this really disappointing, especially as costs keep rising while key features are being reduced. As Sky Sports often offers multiple live events at the same time, this new limitation is both &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;very disappointing and highly restrictive&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt; for customers who want to follow more than one event concurrently.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In their response, Sky admitted there was a lack of communication regarding the change and stated, “We understand that this may affect the perceived value of your subscription.” They also confirmed that the one-device streaming limit began rolling out in September. Sky has arranged a call back with the Executive Complaints Team, which I’ll take on Tuesday. That said, I’m still not happy about being restricted to just one device — especially when Sky broadcasts multiple live events at the same time, and their competitors allow streaming on at least two devices concurrently. For a premium service that promotes comprehensive sports coverage, this restriction feels like a real step backward.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There’s currently no timeframe for when multi-device streaming might be restored, but it’s encouraging that Sky are aware of the issue and are looking into it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've found the same tonight - I have 2 boys who both use the Sky Sports App to watch EFL games via the Sky Sports+ Watch section of the Sky Sports app and got the error "Your watching on the maximum number of devices"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can imagine with 2 boys both wanting to watch the matches this didn't go down well!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sky subscription is over £100 a month, I have been with Sky since 2000 so certainly feel this is yet another kick in the teeth for loyalty and not even an alternative offered. - paid for or otherwise!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did Sky complaints team say when it might be reviewed following the feedback?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was given £3 off a month for the duration of my contract through the online chat, and a £30 credit from the executive complaints team as a goodwill gesture. He told me to contact them again in a month to see if the restriction has been reversed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also mentioned that Sky is falling behind its competitors on this, and he agreed that Sky needs to stay ahead. I pointed out that with Sky broadcasting multiple events concurrently — especially on weekends — limiting customers to a single device is a backward move, particularly with Sky Sports+ now showing multiple streams. It’s still really frustrating being restricted to one device, but the more people that complain, the more chance there is that Sky will overturn the decision.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
