Refer a friend link scam

I've been trying to use the refer a friend link and when my friend has received it, the link is a scam and is blocked. When you go back on the link issued by sky it links back to a porn site. I've tried reporting the issue and the virtual assistant keeps telling me to come here.

Anyone else have this issue?

Is Sky aware of it?

Just checked mine and it is working fine the link itself should be something like this:

refer.sky.com/xxxxxx-1234

Where the x's are you username.

Yep thats what it is. And ive sent from my phone and computer and the link gets blocked by my friends iphone and email and when you go back it goes to a porn site.
