topic Updating sky viewing devices in Mobile Apps & Websites

Any help will be gratefully accepted! We had 6 devices registered, we didn't realise that we add/remove them tbh. Has come back to haunt us. Even though there are 6, there are only 2 of us in the house and we watch on 1 device. No one else has access (siblings etc). All of a sudden on trying to view on the sky sport app we get the message that 'others' have to close their devices as we are over the limit to view. Ha ha eh! I think that the maximum viewing is 4 but not 100%. I removed 2 yesterday (29/10) and are down to a total of 4. But today no one else is viewing and it says the same thing - close off other devices. So all I can think is that even though the devices are no longer on the list, Sky's mainframe records do not update overnight? can anyone confirm please it's so stupid (along with many other Sky related operational procedures!

@skermish

I believe the limits are the same for the Sky Sports and Sky Go apps this (further down the page) explains the limits with regards to streaming:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/managing-devices-and-streaming-sky-go

Is anyone else using the Sky Go app to stream at the same time that you are using the Sky Sports one ?
