Sky Sports App not functioning.

I have the relevant subscription on my TV package to be able to watch Sky Sports through the app, however for the past couple of weeks, every time I try, the app says I need to get Sky Sports to watch live. I have sky sports, Im watching it through the TV right now, yet I cant access through my phone, iPad or Samsung Tablet. Each device gets the same message. Sky Go works fine, but doesn't give you everything that Sky Sports App does, such as multiview for football or F1. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Whilst on the Sky Go app if you are trying to watch either channel 404 or one of the various cup games you need the full Skiy Sports package so do you have this on your account ?

I have the same issue. I've been trying to login to Sky Sports App on my Android phone. It won't login and keeps on giving me "unexpected error". I even tried hubby's account (he's the main account holder) and it also doesn't work. I was thinking it was the AWS issues last week where loads of websites and such was affected. But it's been a week and it's still like this. I can access Sky Go just fine but not Sky Sports App.
