      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was originally a sky gold vip memeber have been with sky since 2018.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the sky mobile may this year no issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then went for sky glass a few weeks ago and have been moved down to vip silver , have spoken to sky twice now and they said 5/7 days to show up on my app as they said they will change me back to my right one due to a fault on them. Have done what been told to do and still showing silver ? What is the best thing for me to do now ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I rang them back up and they have finally put it back, I was very confused on why they changed me over having no issues before hand and always paying bills ! But thank you for your reply I would have gone down this route if needed!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
