If this is to do with Sky mobile then you can change this by using a credit card as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/parental-controls-sky-mobile

So you can either use one from a family member or friend or if you have a phone contract with Sky then you can call them and they will do this for you as only someone aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement so they will already know that you are older than 18 for the adult settings to be changed. 150 is the free number to use to call Sky on

My credit card or card won't work on here to turn the parental control off on mobile number ending in 5506 (mine)

In that case if you have a contreact with Sky for a mobile phone then you will need to call Sky on 150 so they can do this for you.
