VIP Reward Sports tickets missing from my Sky App

I'm a Sky sports subscriber and have been continuously. The my Sky app used to have the option for me to enter competitions for sports tickets. This option is no longer there. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but still no Sports tickets options. I think Sky does not think I'm a sports subscriber despite sports being in my bill and shown in my package until 2027. Is there anyway to fix this without phoning Sky?

I've had problems with the app before ( last year) when viewing my billing disappeared and it was months before a fix was made.

If you go to the VIP section then to "rewards for you" and scroll the tile to the left that is where the sports tickets tile should be so do you see it ?

I also read on another post the sports tickets have been removed temporarily as they are bringing out a new thing for sky sports customers only in the near future. It was on another post and written by a sky employee.

Yes the post was from

months ago and was during the short period when the rewards weren't available. That short period was only a couple of weeks though.

That is an old post that doesn't apply now as the sports tickets was relaunched some from now on you have to be a Sky Sports customer to have access to them.
