    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have noticed for the past week that when I go into my Sky app it only shows my mobile devices but not my tv /broadband packages it doesn't even show it in the billing. I rang Sky they told me it should be fixed within a day but &amp;nbsp;3 days later it is still the same. Can anyone help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That appears to be something they will say when they do not know how to fix an issue such as this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you linked your TV/Broadband account to the same primary Sky ID that your mobile account should be linked to as per this:&lt;/P&gt;
