Help please before I loose the will

Please can somebody help me , I can not watch live sky sport on my tablet or phone . I get a message saying I need to upgrade ?? I already pay for sky sport , HD etc . I also get an error code 4090 message . On contacting sky they are clueless . I did find a message saying an out of date contract? Is linked to my account and must be unlinked . I have tried to do this and get as far as having to put a 6 digit code in which will be sent to my email . I don't recieve the email . I would really appreciate any help

Check your junk/trash folders of your email account incase this email has ended up in there. If it isn't does it give you any otherw ays to link your account ?
