      <title>Netflix stopped working on mobile</title>

      <description>I have Netflix with 6 divices and we moved to sky as they had offers on at the time. One of the offers was to get Netflix. I was watching Netflix last night, and I believe I also had it on this morning and then tonight it has just signed me out, it doesn't recognise my email, my mobile number - nothing!!. I tried contacting Netflix support but via chat they just kept telling me that I do not exist, that my email address is not connected to any account and neither is my name!!!. They took payment out 3 days ago and now when I try to login it asks me to sign back up and pay for it all over again. Does anyone know what is going on because Netflix chat support doesnt have a clue and they just keep repeating the same rehearsed message of 'you don't exist' and yet I've been with them since 2017. Please can someone help?!, I'm going spare here!!.</description>
