Sky Sport App not working, When on 5G

I have a sky glass TV and a relevant Sky Sports subscription, however, Just got a new phone and downloaded the Sky Sports app and it's not working. Every time I try to play a sports channel live, it simply comes up with 'video unavailable'. I have tried removing and adding device devices, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and all the usual stuff.

Some help would be appreciated before the dinner time game today, please!

I am trying to watch live sport on the Sky Sports app but it is not working on 5G? It is working on Wi-Fi?

Any ideas? I have got a new iPhone? Get an eSim?

No, I don't know what the issue is but was just suggesting an alternative option.

Try rebooting your devcie then trying again.

Do you have location services turned on for the app in the settings of your phone ?

Same thing here. It works when on WiFi but not over the o2 network

Update on this!! It worked at work but on train it didn't work again? Same message as earlier

So at work it worked on Wi-Fi but not on 5G, but then I turned on location to always on and it worked on 5G,, on the way home 5G did not work? I turned it onto location on only when app on and it worked again!!! So I will try agina tomorrow! I might need to toggle between it on always and only on when app, very strange

Same issue.
doesn't work on 5g/4g anymore.

rang and spoke to sky. They obviously don't know why.
