Can’t Sign Up to Sky VIP

I've just joined Sky Mobile Ireland today but when I go over to the Sky VIP section there's the"Welcome to Sky VIP" screen I click "Find out more" then "Join in" and then "View my rewards" but it brings me straight back to the "Welcome to Sky VIP" screen again.

Does it take a certain amount of time for Sky VIP to work after joining? Should it be working straight away?

I would have thought you would need to wait until your services that you signed up for have been activated because as of yet you are not a Sky customer until this happens and even then I would give it a further 24 hours before trying again with this.

It's an eSIM that was activated earlier on today, but yeah it might need more time.

In that case I would give it 24 hours and if after that you have the same issue then give Sky Ireland a call as they should be able to sign you up.
