    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just revisiting this to ask if anyone else is in the same position as it still happens to me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to access sky talk shield settings from within the mysky app it just goes to a page saying please wait with infinite spinning wheel,is it the same for everyone else or is it just me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its been reported to sky and there have been updates to the app since,but its still not fixed at least for me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the last update of the mysky app (version 9.59.0) i cannot access sky talk settings anymore from within the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i press it,it takes me to a log in page and when i log in it just goes to an infinite white loop loading page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found the only way to be able to get it to work is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it and then the first time it will work but if you close the app,after that it just does the same thing again i.e goes to the log in page and the infinite looping loading screen again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just revisiting this in the hope it can be fixed somehow&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its been broken since last year.I have reported it last year to sky as suggested in this thread and still nothing has been done about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only difference now is that where previously there was an endless spinning wheel and please wait on the screen,now after a while it resolves to the following screen.......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="talkshield.jpg" style="width: 461px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/116632iE72D71DDDF5A37D7/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="talkshield.jpg" alt="talkshield.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can we get this fixed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app is obviously trying to resolve to somewhere that does not exist since sky changed it last year so should surely be easy to change and fix so that it resolves correctly but as it stands,the only way to access sky talk shield settings since last year is to go to the sky website and log in there.but it should be working in the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Almost a year later and posting this in a desperate attempt to find away to see if anyone (moderators on here/super users etc) has anyway to get someone at sky to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After all the updates it still has not been fixed.Ive reported it here along with others,reported it on the playstore in the reviews,got in touch via the email address listed on the app in the playstore that was suggested above and completely been ignored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why on earth do i have to go and log into my account via a web browser&amp;nbsp; when i should be able to use the settings via the app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The experience of trying&amp;nbsp; to log in on a phone via a browser is awful and having to go to a pc just do do something that should be (and always was) available in the app is ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to get this fixed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
