Sky vip not working

I joined sky, did my skyid logged on and on the app I can't access rewards. Just says join and then takes me back to the first page? Tries logging in and out and re downloading app no luck

Yes, after I posted I thought it's probably because I am brand new and not fully set up yet

If your servives have yet to be activated then you might need to wait until this has been completed before attempting to join and access the VIP area.
