I'm trying to sign. I to netflix on my daughter's Xbox I have Netflix ony sky package so I'm putting in the email address and password and it's trying to get me to buy it I already have it through sky do I need to phone them to sort this says the same on my phone when I try to log in

Which email/password combination are you entering? Remember these won't be your Sky credentials it will be whatever username and password you used when you first created your Netflix account.

My sky loggin but no good and I don't remembery origio al netflix login as was years ago I've tried ringing them and live chat one they dont answer the phones and live chat don't work it's a nightmare
