You need to install the MySky app on a mobile device then after logging into it go to the VIP section and all being well keep scrolling up then you should see the cinema tickets tile.

My cinema tickets have disappeared from my app, now I have a list of fins to book onto but no codes. I reported it via phone last week and was told they would reappear, still not there, so that is two months I have not received. I have deleted the app and reinstalled etc etc

Do you mean the Vue Cinema tickets for September have gone for you as they are there for me ?
