    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to view billing or my product details when logged onto either web page or via app. I get an error message stating 'Your bill isn't ready' when I click on Bills and Payments&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I click onto 'Your Products' I get a message advising 'Unfortunately, we can't complete your order online'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both web and app also advise I am out of contract, however I am in contract for another year&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have phoned helpdesk on several occasions to try and get this resolved, but to no avail&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
