I am having exact same issue - can anyone advise.
I can view and login on my phone to watch, just cant login to laptop to watch.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Yes. Via Virgin Media button.

As I said I can login on phone to app, but not on laptop.

Yes 100%, but only on windows laptop. Not on phone app.

Very odd, have you raised this via Virgin support to see what they say - it might be a Sky website but perhaps it is some sort of issue with your account and the website ?

This is still an issue. Virgin Media login does not work on Windows desktop/laptop but works fine on mobile.
