Get in touch with senior management

How do I speak to a senior member of the Sky team?
I have tried several times on the phone but I have not been able to get through.

It regards the following issue.

A Sky Agent suggested I come here to fix this.

I have now been blocked out of Super 6 for three football seasons now.
I have changed my password, reinstalled the app -and reinstalled WiFi many times.
I have provided photographic evidence and evidence of my address (more than I have done for anything).

I have called and emailed Sky more times than I wish to remember.

Still the app refuses access.
Sky keeps sending me a phone number for an answering machine and a website address that I am locked out of.
They tell me it's a different company, but no one from Sky seems to be able to get in touch either.

The T&C's would suggest that's halfway correct
