      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm seeing similar issues. Sometime it allows a little interaction, but then later it comes up with the having technical details message.&lt;BR /&gt;Also&amp;nbsp; when I try to see my bills (via app or website) it says "&lt;SPAN&gt;Apologies - we're currently updating our systems".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So I guess it's a Sky issue rather than anything specific to me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
