Unable to watch Sky Sports on PC via browser/desktop app

Hi. For some reason, although I have a fully paid up subscription to sky sports, I can no longer access it via browser/desktop app on my PC. It worked yesterday, but today it refuses to believe I have a sky subscription. I haven't changed anything since yesterday when it worked fine. Any ideas? Thanks!

Similar thing for me. I can watch Sky Sports on my mobile app just fine, but for whatever reason when I try to watch on my desktop, it's saying I need to upgrade to Sky Sports. But ... I have Sky Sports (clearly), and have since the start of the year. It did work fine last time, but for whatever reason it's just not working now. Very frustrating.

There is no "Need more help option" anywhere unfortunately. None of the categories are applicable. They don't really want you to call them. If you know the number, can you post it here, please?

You're not alone. I'm having the same problem.

I see: "Subscribe to Sky Sports to watch live, or stream on NOW". When I check my content packs, it shows that Sky Sports is "already yours".

I'm trying to watch Sky Sport on my laptop and have the Sky Sport app loaded and am logged intot my account but it keeps asking me to take out a Sky Sport contract even thiough I already have one. What am I doing wrong?

I have this problem too. I was using it yesterday, then later in the day it stopped working.

Are you logged in using the same email address etc that you use for your Stream account?

I was able to get help via Facebook after wrestling the useless AI bot into submission. I cleared all the browser cookies and that worked last night. This afternoon, same problem again, website doesn't think I have a subscription. I'll post here if I get a definitive resolution.

Same here, Go to https://www.skysports.com/watch and get the message Subscribe to Sky Sports to watch live , or stream on NOW. When I already have a SkySports subscription.
