Sky VIP Rewards email 20th August 2025

Received an email as a Diamond member offering me the chance to enter a competition to win a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold and earbuds. Went to my Sky Go app and the competition is not listed. How do I access the competition?

Its not the Sky Go app you need its the My Sky app.

Click on VIP then scroll down to Epic Experiences and then scroll accross until you see the tile called Prizes ( this is where all competitions will be).

Apologies I did mean the My Sky app. I followed your instructions and found Epic Experiences but they only list 5 "days out". No facility to scroll to find prizes
