Applying for Sports Tickets

Every time I try to enter for sports tickets through VIP using my mobile app, I get an error saying "this email is already registered". I've tried 100 times but for tickets, no matter what type, it simply won't allow me to enter. I can enter pretty much anything else. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, I have been for many years. It's very odd. I can enter any other draw but when it's football tickets, I choose a game, then get asked to enter my details (email and name) and as soon as I hit blue entry button it goes red and says "this email is already registered". I don't get this with any other type of draw entry, just football tickets.

Try using any other email address so you can get to the next page then change it back to your usual email before submitting.

The next page is submit. Frustrating because you can't anywhere in sky chat and I got no where on the phone to so thought I'd try here in case I wasn't alone.
