    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to enter for sports tickets through VIP using my mobile app, I get an error saying "this email is already registered". I've tried 100 times but for tickets, no matter what type, it simply won't allow me to enter. I can enter pretty much anything else. What am I doing wrong?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have been for many years. It's very odd. I can enter any other draw but when it's football tickets, I choose a game, then get asked to enter my details (email and name) and as soon as I hit blue entry button it goes red and says "this email is already registered". I don't get this with any other type of draw entry, just football tickets.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try using any other email address so you can get to the next page then change it back to your usual email before submitting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
