Ok. Is there a problem with that? It's a gambling website, so proof of age etc is to be expected.

Yeah I've had the same request, I guess I won't be using the app anymore, unnecessary to require upload of passport and proof of address, it just creates a honey pot of data for sky to sell or hackers to use as they wish, not sure which is worse.

Yes there is a problem. Super6 does not require any gambling, it's free. I also have skybet blocked so it doesn't even show me odds of my predictions. If I was to win I could understand there be a requirement to confirm eligibility with ID, proof of address etc but to take tens of thousands of peoples ID and proof of address is just a unnecessary data grab that puts people's data at risk.

Super 6 asking for verification document ie drivers licence or passport etc which i have uploaded over 24 hours ago and still can't light in as it says they are reviewing and should take no more than 12 hours when busy.

anyone else having this problem?

Super 6 has requested documents from hubby, keep saying they cannot read the items, now saying addresses don't match, well it's the only one we have. I could understand if he was betting with sky but he isn't. No more soccer 6 for hubby.

I can't sign into super6 asking for photo ID and either utility bill or bank statement to clarify address in all years I've been playing this never had to do this

same happened to me so i stopped using the app,then i got a fresh utility bill and i went to try again and it let me straight in without asking for details...

I have gone into my supper 6's this weekend and found i couldn't sign. They asked for me to change password which I did. Then told me i needed to provide my passport, driving licence, birth certificate or bills. I was mortified as I had been with supper 6's for over 3 years. I felt this was unfair as the only female in my group and no other guys had been stopped from playing. But because I wouldn't immediately had over my documents. I was then suspended. I sent several emails answering their chosen questions. But still would not budge and the chat lines are a waste of time. Kept saying please add your documents. I have sent a complaint not that will make a difference. Anyone in 2025 had their account suspended cause they dont want to send documents!

Been asked for verification too. Foolishly maybe, I posted my passport and License and now they want a photo of my bank card omitting only the middle three of the 12 digit number. This I haven't posted so still can.t play.

@Andy-henson I have merged your post to this existing thread that is discussing the same issue, a new thread isn't required, nor is it anything remotely related to Sky Stream where you originally posted this.

It's also not a Sky TV, Mobile & Broadband issue which is what this community is for and is unable to help with a gambling website.
