Virgin Media button doesn't work on sky sports app

Have used the sky sports app to watch football.

I have to login in via the virgin media tab when signing in.

However it doesn't do anything when clicked.. The loading bar moves but doesn't changed part or move away from the sky's signing in page.

I have u installed and installed many times but hasn't sorted the issue.

As a Virgin customer we Sky customers on here are unable to help so have you tried posting on their forums here

Okay, is this even though it's a sky app and everything apart from signing in is through sky?
