Hi, I am told I am a Gold Sky VIP member but when I try using the VIP button it says you can't join?

In the past have you returned to Sky after being away for a while, if not you will have to call Sky about this.

a tually can't wait to leave Sky Mobile. Been with them 7 years but this last year the service has been appalling in every way. Pitty im tied to a contract till October but not long left
