Sky VIP failure yet again.

Yet again the Sky Vip app failed to send me an email to confirm I had won a competition. This time it was for Guns And Roses at Wembley. Great. Well done sky you continually fail to inspire with your ineptitude. What I want to know now is how are you going to compensate me fir your ridiculous system not working AGAIN. !!!???

I know this. I have addressed the issue via email as well but wish to let other customers know there is an issue with the App not advising people of a win.
