I have tried logging in on my phone to Netflix and it's asking me to sign up when it's included in my sky bill!

That would imply you aren't using the correct Netflix credentials if you can't login to the same Netflix account on a movile

device.

If your Netflix account has been hacked you need to contact Netflix customer support to get them to sort out your Netflix account (https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus) . Once they have done this you need to change the password on that Netflix account. Also if you have used the same combination of email address and that password on any other account i'd suggest changing that password on all other accounts where you are also using it.
