Mysky app not loading read messages

Hi,

I'm trying to re-read messages in Mysky app from the messages section. They are all there on the left showing as read but when I click on them to read again it's just a blank page.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for your reply, yes it does. I've tried multiple ways and it's exactly the same
