If so are you logged in with the correct ID/email address.

Yes same message , i can see everything on my account except this , im logged in with correct information.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Hi , i still have this problem and they dont seem to know how to solve it , and quite honestly im not sure they fully understand the problem 😳

I actually dont think they care! However IF they cannot or will not issue contracts physically to our email or on paper and insist we view them in the "inbox" of their "sky app" then dont fix this issue are these contracts then legally binding if their customer cannot view them?

I too have the exact same problem, I am a new mobile customer. The messages on the MySky app are not loading and a message screen says they are restricted and 'you are not able to view'. It wasn't like this to begin with but has been like it for over 2 weeks now.

Has this issue been resolved yet please?

You will need to report this to Sky by calling them for free on just 150.

We have all reported this to Customer Services, I have repeatedly. Nothing is ever done, they dont understand and/or not interested.

I was having the same problem, I'd recently added broadband to my subscription and was unable to see my messages. If you work through the sky internet page and try to find link my sky id and do it it will clear the restricted page and you'll be able to view messages!

I e already tried that 😞 I have tried everything, no help from Sky at all. I got notification o er weekend I have a message but I can't read it. Why can't they just email it to me?!
