      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Netflix free through Sky glass but can't sign in on other devices because I'm using the same email address for Sky glass as I used on my old Netflix account. Every time I try to sign into Netin my phone it's offering me to reactivate my old, paid for account. I can't find the new Netflix account that I'm using on my Sky glass tv.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Go into Netflix and select Get help, under the Member tab it will show the email you are using.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As mentioned above, you cannot have two accounts using the same email address, as you have now determined.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact Netflix using their Contact Us page in link below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes they offer a Chat option on that page at less busy times.&lt;/P&gt;
