Can’t access my Vue tickets

I have tried to get my Vue cinema tickets on the sky vip app and it says I have no access to this promotion but I have a sky cinema subscription. I read the answer from the last time this was brought up on the 10th of June but i have deleted and reinstalled the app and still nothing. Is there so where else you can get them from? Or how do I fix the issue.

Been into my VIP section. The Vue tickets tab is there. When I press it - states "sorry you do not have access to this promotion". Been a sky customer for 25 years. Always had the codes before and I am a sky cinema subscriber. Tried to do it through the auto bot and it went round in circles....

I have sky cinema but when I go down on the Sky VIP section and click on the tickets, it says I have no access to this promotion.
The same is also showing on my Dads account.

Any ideas?

Same problem today!!! App says no access, what's up with Sky. Last problem was find the codes, which were there but in a diffent position inside the app and a way to find them. Anyone know how to reclaim/find your free Vue tickets code you've have rightfully claimed!?!

Free cinema tickets unavailable

I am a Sky cinema customer. I have located the free cinema tickets area in the VIP app however it says they are unavailable to me. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Same issue here, have Sky Cinema, confirmed that Im a Sky VIP member. I can enter other promotions but dont have access to this.

Contacted Sky Customer service and even the sky rep couldn't access theirs. Assume everyone has no access.

yes same for me, never seen this before and got sky cinema so no reason why the codes that i downloaded to by used by next Monday are not appearing.

It was fixed back in June so can you not find the tickets or is it not loading when you do finjd it ?
