Sky VIP Manchester Co-op Live app

We have won tickets to Tate McCrae and have received an email stating the tickets must be shown on the Co-op Live App but they are not showing, we can see them on ticketmaster. The event is this Wednesday how can we access the concert?

Sky has an email address you can use to contact them on aboyt anything like this that is ticket related - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)

I've had similar stresses with Co-Op Live regular tickets. The Ticketmaster ticket will be fine, in my experience. The Coop Live app did eventually show the tickets for me but not until the evening of the show.
