Trying to sign up for Sky TV & Broadband

I am trying to sign up for Sky TV and Broadband. I am moving to a new house in June, however I have not lived in the UK for 20 years, so when it comes to asking for a previous address I cannot provide this information. There is no way around this question and it will only accept a UK postcode. I can't be the first person trying to sign up with this situation - any help on navigating around this weird road block would be greatly appreciated.

So you have lived in the UK previously, then use the Postcode of that address the number of years ago this was does not make the postcode less valid

I am trying to sign up but just moved here from the US. So I have no previous UK address. Any way around this question?

You would need to call Sky so they can place the order for you as there is no way around this when ordering online.
