Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

I have just gone to get a code for Vue tickets and not only can I not get into the VIP section on the app (it asks me to join then says error)

if I go in from the home page it confirms I'm platinum but the option for Vue cinema tickets isn't there. I am a sky cinema customer.

They are towards the bottom of all the tiles on the main page on Sky VIP for me so if they are not for you then it might be worth leaving it a day or two to see if they then appear.

I can't access the sky vip page anymore where you scroll down for the competitions ect, I am platinum tier and have reinstalled the app but still the same. I have to access via the bottom of the home page and scroll across but the Vue cinema tickets aren't there anymore?

I am a sky cinema customer, a platinum tier vip member and the sky Vue cinema tickets has disappeared from the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it made no difference

I am having the same issues last month and now this mth I am not seeing them I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it just says join vip and I've been vip for 4 years

It's annoying, nobody from sky seems to be offering any way to fix it. It's so annoying about the cinema tickets, I've only used them once before and ended up buying tickets this week when I should have been able to use my sky cinema/ sky vip tickets

I've been having the same problem for the last 13 days. I've emailed, called and been on live chat. They keep saying they will get back to me and asked if I've done all the obvious stuff, which I have. I've followed all of their instructions. It's really annoying me now.

Not seeing it on mine either yet.

Expect it might appear later today.

It has done this a few times before on the first day of the month.

It has been reported to Sky in our Superuser closed community area, Sky have passed on.

I will make this the answer post for now, as Sky are aware.

Yes, they're not listed for me either this month and when I look online, I'm being given an option to upgrade even though I already have the Cinema package. Fingers crossed they fix it soon.
