Sky Vip not working

Cannot access Sky VIP. It's been like this for several months and when I called Sky Customer Service they confirmed that I'm a gold member. I was told they'd give me a call back but didn't call me. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone too but it still does not work. Seems like the agent was confused as to why it's not working either.

It says "we're really sorry but you can't join Sky VIP right now". All my bills have been paid and when I rang they said I'm a gold member but for some reason I just can't access it and customer service couldn't help me either.

I am having the same issues. Exactly as you say. It worked last month for March Cinema Tickets..

Same here. I cant access vip either even though im a Gold member. Tried uninstalling mysky app etc but still cant access it. Sky is slowly becoming a 2nd class company. I cant even get to speak to someone who understands proper English

I am having the same issue & I am a platinum member. I have deleted & reinstalled a number of times. Signed in & out a number of times. Everytime I click in it just says find out more then nothing. Can anyone help????

I'm not getting any answers from Sky either. It seems whenever I tell them about it theh get confused and don't know what to do to resolve the problems either. Such a shame as we're missing out on the promos we used to get.

This has been happening for 20 days. I'm so annoyed! Every time I've contacted them, they want me to go over what's wrong. And they keep asking me if I've done the basics. 😩

I've asked them to send me my free sky tickets for this month, I'll lose them otherwise. Doesn't like it's getting fixed anytime soon.

Me too! I have spoken to 10 people at sky over 2 separate tel sessions totalling 2 hours and nobody can seem to help. It has now been escallated to a conflict resolution but lead time on that is upto 7 days!

Disgusting service for a loyal customer of over 20 years.

Mine has been the same since about October 2025. Called them numerous times and had absolutely nothing, they can't explain why it's not working. Ridiculous.

I asked for that, was given an email address to ask for the codes but was told it wasn't possible!

Its solved!

Spoke to an amazing lady today at customer services who re-set my sky id with me and solved my problem. Hopefully this will work for other people too.

Its fixed!! I put a query on the facebook page of sky help and received a reply from a lovely lady who suggested I phone customer services to get my sky id re-set and it worked! I also received an email with April's cinema codes. Im a very happy lady !!
