My sky app rewards not working

For weeks now the rewards part of the my sky app isn't working. It just refreshes to the "find out more" page without showing me my normal rewards. Have logged out and in again and even deleted the app and downloaded it again but isn't working. Can anyone advise? Thanks

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

I am also having the same issue, hasn't worked for as long as I can remember. Let me know if there is something I can do to make it work. I have tried different brousers and different devices but nothing seems to make a difference

I'm having the same issue, 4 weeks free of sky sports. When i rang sky today 4 different advisors couldn't help. They didn't know what to do.

I have this issue currently for the last month since I re-joined Sky, did you ever get it fixed?
