      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been able to access MySky vip rewards and not been able to o Tain my vue cinema tickets. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3x and even tried going to MySky.com and it still doesn't work in the browser. I get error message "problem with joing you up"! This has been goign in for over 2 months now and still not been able to access any rewards and I have been a sky customer for over 10 years!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
