Sky F1 needs subscription on sky go and sky sports app

Hi, I pay for the Sky F1 channel only no other sports channels but I am unable to watch the Sky F1 channel on the Sky Go app or the Sky Sports app as it claims I don't have the subscription as shown in the screen shots below, I am going away on the weekend and I would really like to watch the F1 on the go, any help would be great thanks

Hi, no it's never worked on the app, only started the subscription ar the start of this years f1 season, works absolutely fine on my sky stream box though, thanks for any help

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
