@lisa19713 @I think that this code means that you already have the maximum allowed of devices registered for Sky go. Have you tried go in your registered devices via the Sky app?

it was my pc clock set to the wrong time it's 16:37 here in uk but the app dosnet work unless you set it to 1 hour less works now

Is your clock set to the correct time zone of Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London because if it then the app should work as it does on my PC.
