      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my Netflix has been hacked. They've changed my email and phone number. What can I do to fix this please. I pay for Netflix via Sky so the usual ways of recovering won't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I pay by direct debit as a package. They need card details and name on card. They don't have that because sky must pay them I guess as I pay sky not them&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky only pass on the payments to Netflix and don't have access to your account on the Neflix system&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I like being fobbed off. It's grreat. Maybe it was a mistake to use sky to have Netflix because this would have been fixed in a jiffy if I didn't have Netflix through sky. All they want is the card number I use to pay and the name on my card. I can't give them that because sky pays them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
